Stewart Hayne is an intellectual property lawyer at Cox & Palmer in Halifax.  Stewart has worked in medical imaging software and in advanced research and development and manufacturing, and brings these perspectives to his practice.   With real world examples, Stewart will discuss industry-relevant mechanisms to identify, protect, and leverage your intellectual property.

Stewart has a B.Sc. (Physics), M.Sc. (Physics) and an L.LB. from Dalhousie.  Stewart’s masters looked
at cell membrane structures and has since worked in medical imaging software and in the automotive and stationary fuel cell power supply industries.  Stewart is a lawyer and a patent and trademark agent in Halifax.
